For professionals at a crossroads: stay, push for promotion, pivot, or leave entirely. Over three 60‑minute sessions (usually over 3 - 6 weeks), we will:
Map where you are now – role, environment, power dynamics, finances.
Clarify what you actually want next – and what’s non‑negotiable.
Identify options: internal moves, external roles, portfolio careers or entrepreneurship.
Translate this into a simple action plan: conversations, applications, boundaries, experiments.
£525 for the three session package over 3 to 6 weeks.

However, you will also need to make payment before the session. (a link will be provided)
What’s the pricing?
Sessions start at £145 for single mentoring and go up depending on package length.
Can I switch packages?
Yes, you can discuss options to move between offerings as your needs evolve. We can also create longer term engagements as your needs evolve, but the shorter packages are typically the best way to get started.
